Saturday Workout! |

Jim and
Mike have moved the ever popular group
beach workouts to the famous Training
Room Court Yard ( To some of you also
known as the Plaza of Pain). Every
Saturday from 8-9am there will be a
group training session outside, weather
permitting. If the weather is lousy
we'll be in the martial arts studio.
Cost for this incredible kettlebell
experience is $15 for our clients (people
who train with us at least two
times/week), and $20 for non clients.
All participants must be briefed via
Jim, Mike or Greg on basic kettlebell
training prior to participation. Any
